The basic package adds convenience for both you and the customer. A myfax account is mandatory to ensure security. (Under the registration page, there is a link to myfax. Please use this to sign up. HINT: The email address you use for myfax must match the email address you use to register in our system) With the basic package your fax will include name, address, phone, and menu items along with your customer's credit card information. This will help streamline your checkout process and make delivery or carry out easier for your customer which is the name of the game.

CyberSpaceMenus takes security very seriously and we suggest you do the same. When a customer enters their information into the website, you will notice the https at the beginning ofthe url. (web address) This is called SSL. SSL is a very secure encyption between the website and the customer's web browser. Information is protected against third parties attempting to view and use it. The SSL is provided by Geotrust, a leader in SSL security. From here our system sends the information to your myfax account. This myfax connection is encypted by using GNU Privacy Guard. This system is a widely accepted method of security. Myfax then transmits the information to you. Once you receive the information, it is your responsibility to protect your customer's information. We suggest that after you are done with the information, you shred the fax paper. It is also a recommended practice to check ID for delivery or carry out customers to make sure it matches the credit card information. It is everyone's responsibility to protect people from credit card misuse and fraud.

To limit the risk of new technology adoption, we offer a 60 day free trail. After the 60 days, you will be required to make a payment in order to continue with your service.
