Basic Package
The basic package includes the credit card information for faster processing which can benefit both you and customer. Basic packages are primarily for carry out service. To optimize the effectiveness of your online ordering program, we suggest having the receipt and food ready for your customer when they arrive. Premium Package
The premium package is the ultimate in online ordering. It is a necessity if you offer delivery. The system will ask for the customer's delivery address and check it against your delivery area. A valuable tool available with the premium package is marketing to your customers. Customer who choose to receive information from you can receive emails or text messages promoting your restaurant. Promotions can include specials events and discount programs. It's up to you. The possibilities are endless. The premium package also offers additional features for your customers. Customers are able to create a username and password. With this ID they can save their favorite orders and order them in 1 click. They are able to store their credit card information to make ordering easier. Both of these features lend themselves well to mobile ordering. Custom Package
The custom package can be as dynamic as you would like. You can submit the details of your project through the contact us page. It will be answered shortly. We are always open to new and interesting ideas. However, the main focuses of the custom package are for intergration of online ordering into your POS system or creation of a website in which to take online orders. With all of our packages we recommend promoting the service within your store. Advertising your online ordering service may appeal to customers who are already dining in your restaurant. For example, a dining customer may have to order a large lunch for their company the next day. The customer, upon seeing your in-restaurant advertisement may think to themselves that online ordering would be so much easier than calling in. Featuring your online ordering capabilities in your restaurant's current or future marketing campaign can be very benefical. A busy working parent may see the advertisement and think "I have no idea what I am doing for dinner. I am always on the computer before I leave work; I can place an order online and pick it up on the way home."
