Charges and Billing
Customer shall pay CyberSpaceMenus.com for Customers and users use of the services at the rate specified in this agreement.

Customers account will be debited on the 1st of every month for the maintenance fee. There will be charges billed separately for facsimile, telephone usage, data entry or customization of a Customerss ordering system. These charges will be invoiced on the 25th of every month and due by the 1st of the upcoming month.
If a service falls outside of the scope of this contract, the two parties will enter into a separate contract at that time.
CyberSpaceMenus.com has the right to change its rates. Any price changes must be submitted in writing by CyberSpaceMenus.com at least sixty (60) days prior to taking effect.
Late Fee
Customer shall reimburse CyberSpaceMenus.com for all costs (including reasonable attorney&ampampampampamprsquos fees) associated with collecting delinquent or dishonored payments. Where payments are overdue, CyberSpaceMenus.com may assess interest charges at the lower end 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.
Termination Cancellation
This agreement can be terminated or canceled at anytime by either party. The party must provide their intent to terminate in writing. If the request in writing is made after the 5th of the month, CyberSpacMenus.com will continue to provide service until the 1st of the next month and customer agrees to pay in full for that month. If the request is made with in the first, five (5) days of the month, CyberSpaceMenus.com will refund the full amount.
