Our Premium Package is our most robust package. Restaurants that are serious about making online ordering a success, should use this package. The Premium Package creates the best online experience for your customers by offering the most convenience. The package allows your customer to create an online profile with a username and password. Under this profile, they will be able to save their credit card information, delivery address, and be able to process their favorite orders with 1 click. These features lend themselves well to mobile users. As more people adopt mobile phones (blackberries, Iphones, ect) they will use them to make purchases from your restuarant.

The premiun package also offers features for your restaurant. If you currently offer delivery, the software will check their delivery address to ensure it's within your delivery area. It will also give you the ability to market to a customer's email address or mobile phone and let them know of new items or specials you are running.

CyberSpaceMenus takes security very seriously and we suggest you do the same. When a customer enters their information into the website, you will notice the https at the beginning ofthe url. (web address) This is called SSL. SSL is a very secure encyption between the website and the customer's web browser. Information is protected against third parties attempting to view and use it. The SSL is provided by Geotrust, a leader in SSL security. In addition, your customer's credit card information is stored within a database. We use two security precautions to protect this information. The database is protected by a firewall provided by our Tier 1 hosting provider. We also store the data in encrypted form. Once a request is made, our system sends the information to your myfax account. This myfax connection is encrypted by using GNU Privacy Guard. This system is a widely accepted method of security. Myfax then transmits the information to you. Once you receive the information, it is your responsibility to protect your customer's information. We suggest that after you are done with the information, you shred the fax paper. It is also a recommended practice to check ID for delivery or carry out customers to make sure it matches the credit card information. It is everyone's responsibility to protect people from credit card misuse and fraud.

Because we offer 1 click ordering and the ability for your customers to store their information for easy ordering, CyberSpaceMenus must be PCI compliant. This is a standard of overall security that the credit card processing companies have implemented. If a restaurant would offer a similar service, they would have to be PCI compliant. It is not an easy to implement and maintain a system that is PCI compliant. It takes time, money and knowledge to maintain. At CyberSpaceMenus, we take the burdon. responsibility and cost off of you. In addition, if we are found not be compliant we pay a fine, not you.

To limit the risk of new technology adoption, we offer a 60 day free trail. After the 60 days, you will be required to make a payment in order to continue with your service.
